Whatcom County EMS Free Narcan & Hands-Only CPR Training

Whatcom County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is offering a free Narcan and Hands-Only CPR Training on December 6, 2023 in the Civic Annex Garden Room, 322 N. Commercial Street, Bellingham WA. The 2-hour training involves both lecture and practice sessions. Hands-only CPR involves pushing hard and fast on the center of the victim’s chest. In theNarcan training, you will learn how to recognize an opioid overdose, administer naloxone, and care for the individual until emergency services arrive. Individuals who complete the training program will receive a Narcan Kit.
